Our Story

Buster has been working in the automotive industry since the age of 16, steadily honing his skills through experience at various garages while dedicating his evenings and weekends to building his own client base.

By 2021, Buster was ready to take the next step, launching our website in March and officially accepting customer bookings by the end of April. As our reputation grew, so did our services. By November 2021, we expanded to include workshop facilities, allowing us to offer in-house MOTs and tackle larger jobs that couldn't be done on the road. To make things even easier for our customers, we introduced a convenient collection and return service, ensuring your vehicle is taken care of with minimal disruption to your day.

Fast forward to 2024, and our little operation was growing rapidly. Demand for our friendly, professional service skyrocketed, and it was time to expand the team. In February, Sam officially joined the crew, bringing even more expertise to our growing business. By November, Chelle came on board, adding her exceptional organisational and customer service skills to the mix.

From a humble start in 2021 to the thriving mobile mechanic and workshop service we are today, our journey has been fuelled by hard work, dedication, and a genuine passion for helping our customers keep their vehicles running smoothly. Meet Buster, our skilled & friendly mechanic with over 15 years of experience in the motor trade. Starting with an Advanced Apprenticeship in Light Vehicle Mechanics, he's built a reputation for exceptional quality work and top-notch customer service. Buster's passion for cars drives him to bring vehicles back to life, and he's always ready to offer guidance to help you get the best from your car. Reliable, punctual, and approachable, Buster is here to ensure your vehicle is in expert hands.

 

MATT 

Service Manager + Vehicle Technician

Matt has been in the motor trade since age 14, completing his Level 1–3 qualifications and gaining experience on a wide range of vehicles. His passion for cars drives his attention to detail and commitment to getting every job done 100% correctly. Working alongside Buster, Matt oversees daily operations, coordinating with Chelle to manage bookings, parts, and keep customers informed throughout their repairs.

 

SAM

Vehicle Technician

Sam is a highly skilled vehicle technician with a Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Mechanics and extensive industry experience. He is committed to excellence, demonstrating technical expertise, professionalism, and an approachable demeanour that allow him to consistently deliver exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service. Sam's unwavering dedication to upholding the highest standards in every task makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

Administrator

Chelle joined the team in late 2024 and is our admin extraordinaire whose happy place is filled with spreadsheets & schedules! With over a decade of experience in training customer service advisors across banking, energy, & retail, she's honed her skills in supporting customers. Chelle is the friendly voice you'll hear on the phone, always ready to help with a smile.
